Well, vacation was wonderful. I jet skiied, tubed, golfed, ate a lot, and....lost my glasses at the bottom of Table Rock Lake. Yep, I jumped in the lake from the boat, and my glasses went swimming all by themselves.

Things I learned on vacation:

• My eye glasses don't float.
• The best week to go on vacation in the week after Labor Day. (Cheaper and less people)
• It is possible to lose more than 10 golf balls in 18 holes of golf.
• Golf balls don't float.
• A club sandwich costs seven dollars at a golf course.
• The Baldnobbers are still in Branson.
• The Starbucks in Branson hires people who know very little about coffee.
• Spending time with family is good.
• Dakota loves the pool.
• You can eat too much meat.
• The game Bump (with marbles and dice) is addicting.
• The TV series Lost is addicting.
• Boat trailer tires can go flat on the highway.
• Did I mention you can eat too much meat?
